About me

I am Mariano Romero, a Computer Programmer graduated from UTN (Bahía Blanca, Argentina) and a Full Stack Developer. I love building web apps using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js.

I focus on writing clean code that is easy to maintain and looks great on any device. I’ve worked on real projects like high-performance catalogs and e-commerce platforms, always making sure the frontend and backend work perfectly together.

Outside of coding, being a Scout Leader for many years helped me become a better team player and a clear communicator. I’m always learning new things and looking for new challenges where I can keep growing and helping build great software.

A web application developed with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, designed for a local distributor. The goal is to display the products they sell efficiently, with a modern, easy-to-navigate interface, providing an optimized and responsive user experience.

ChampionGear

An e-commerce for sports clothing with third-party authentication using Firebase, integrated Stripe for payment processing and Redux Toolkit for state management.

VideoGames API

A web app that fetches data from an external video game API and displays it. Built using Node.js, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, and Redux.

Final Project - UTN

Full-Stack architecture featuring global state management, a dynamic shopping cart, and an admin dashboard for product and order management. Capstone project for the Computer Programming degree at UTN.
